St Davids
The city of St David’s (Ty Ddewi in Welsh) and the surrounding peninsula are situated to the north west of Pembrokeshire, in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
This stunning area, part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, is a very popular destination for visitors who come to experience and explore some of the most picturesque scenery that Wales has to offer.
There are beautiful beaches, the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, hidden rocky coves and villages to discover and of course the City of St David’s and its Cathedral to keep them busy.
The tiny city is vibrant and busy with plenty of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants to keep visitors of all ages occupied.
Our Hidden Gardens
Within the city there are hidden treasures that anyone visiting rarely sees. Behind the closely packed cottages, houses and hotels lie the pride and joy of their owners. Including as much variety as possible, these plots may be tiny spaces or larger gardens, wonderful vegetable plots or managed wild spaces, crazy crowded corners or simple gardens with a view to absorb. They may be unique or unusual, manicured or relaxed, inspirational or intimate………and no one will be worrying too much about a few weeds! The idea is to raise money by allowing people to explore and enjoy the gardens of St Davids.
We are grateful to the owners and carers of these often small and secret spaces, for their generosity in sharing them and helping to raise money for Prostate Cymru.
